Add Comment »Well, I managed to pull off a level of awesome that is very much unprecedented in my few years of dealing with Wordpress. Why the exuberance? Because I have figured out a way for Manga+Press to be used without needing a specially designed theme xD So the next Manga+Press release probably won’t include the theme like past releases. In fact, I’ve made so many changes to Manga+Press that I’m tempted to jump the version number to something like 2.5 or 3…hmm, maybe 2.5 
Because of this little discovery, I’m tempted to remove certain Manga+Press-specific template tags but at the same time, I’m leaning towards leaving them—and even improving them—for people who want a little more control.
And…as I conclude this post, I think Manga+Press 2.5 has a certain ring to it 
Estimated release date is going to be either July 15th, or the weekend of the 18th.
